New article with OIFE co-authors published

We are happy to announce that another scientific article where patient representatives from OIFE have contributed, has been published on May 3rd, 2024. This paper describes an innovative initiative that is called Project SATURN: Systematic Accumulation of Treatment practices and Utilization, Real world evidence, and Natural history data for the rare disease Osteogenesis Imperfecta.

Hopefully the SATURN project, will make it easier to collect the necessary data about new and potential therapies for OI in the future.
The article can be found here (open access):

Project SATURN– a real-world evidence data collaboration with existing European datasets in Osteogenesis Imperfecta to support future therapies

Two of the main authors of the article are Ingunn Westerheim (OIFE) and James Clancy (Mereo). Photo taken at the topical meeting in Stockholm 2023.
